Rates and Payments

• Rates: Daily, weekly and monthly rates fluctuate depending on whether it's Peak Season or Low Season.
• Weekly Rates: Weekly rates are based on 6 nights and 7 days.
• Minimum Stay: Minimum stay is 6 nights.
• Housekeeper Service: Nightly rates include Housekeeper Service prior to arrival and on departure. Weekly rates include Housekeeper Service prior to arrival , 1 x service during stay and on departure. Addtional Housekeeper Service visits can be arranged, if required, at an addtional cost of $70 per visit.
• Rates Changes: Rates are subject to change without notice, except with confirmed reservations.
• Age: Renters must be 25 years or older. Identity verification and proof of age (copy of government-issued ID such as passport or driver's license) is required.
• Children: Children less than 12 years of age are not permitted.
• Electricity Usage: Rental rates include 50 kWh of electricity usage per day. All usage above 50 kWh per day will be charged at an additional 0.25 cents per kWh. A reading of the property electricity meter will be taken prior to arrival and on departure.
• Reservation/Security Deposit: After receiving your notice of intent to rent, your reservation will go on a 7 day courtesy hold while we receive your reservation deposit payment of 25% of the total cost of your stay. The property will only be booked and confirmed after receipt of this deposit plus signed rental contract. The 25% Reservation Deposit automatically converts to a Security Deposit on arrival. The Security Deposit is NOT applied toward rent and is fully refundable within 14 days of departure provided no damage was found and all rental provisions have been met.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival date will be given a full refund of all monies paid. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will forfeit the 25% reservation deposit.
• Rental fees: Rental fees must be paid in full 10 days prior to arrival.
• Check In/Out: Check in: 3 pm. Check out: 12 noon.
• Payments: Payments can be made direct to your Credit Card or via Paypal which accepts all major credits cards. Cash, checks, money orders and wire transfers are also accepted.

Alternatively payments can be made using the PayPal method using your Credit Card or your personal PayPal account. If you wish to use PayPal please select your payment type from the pull-down menu below and then click on the "Pay Now" button to make secure payments using PayPal.

Important Note: All rental rates and security deposits are subject to an additional *5.75% Occupancy/State Tax. However, security deposit payments including tax are fully refundable, at the end of the rental period, on the condition that all the terms of the Rental Agreement have been met.
